| You think you know happiness? You think you know true love? Boy, you don't know sh*t.
Six months we have waited, sitting patiently like a cougar preparing to poince on its prey. You've all had your fun, while people like me wait in the bushes. Well now, this is OUR time...MY time. My patience shall pay off. This is MY return to glory. MY roller-coaster ride. MY fantasy. MY dreams. MY hopes. MY inner-most being. And everything I believe in...EVERYTHING I hold true. You haters can go ahead and hate...there is nothing I can do to save you now. You think you know me? You don't know sh*t.
This is MY time. This is BASEBALL SEASON.
And I LOVE THIS GAME.

| went to san francisco today with brennan and his friend and brother. i woke up at 7 am--yeah that's right--and we drove over to check out university of san francisco for brennan's friend in high school. nice little tour of the campus. afterwards, we went to the exploratorium in the city for about two hours, which was awesome! there were all sorts of doo-dads and whatha-macallits..it was absolutely mind-boggling and ten dollars well-spent. we then drove to ghiradelli square where we bought some chocolate and walked to the wharf for awesome clam chowder. i tried to find a nice 49ers memento for dre and something nice for alice, but both efforts were sheer failures. with only an hour on the parking meter, we sprinted back to the car and braved the hour-long trek back to stanford, during which i fell asleep. brennan dropped us off at the stanford-hawaii game while he went back to zapata to catch a nap. hawaii kicked major butt, and they signed brennan's bro's volleyball after the match...good times. we walked back to zapata, where i ate some dinner, played some playstation, and watched espn. a nice day. i hope to dedicate all of tomorrow to sleep and minor tasks. | | |
